Welcome to Appointments to Listings (A2L), where our decades of proven expertise meets qualified appointments with a very personal, focused service. We engage with homeowners looking for a true disposition strategy. On the agent side of the equation, while we’ll deliver good volume, our primary focus is the quality of the appointments (and discussions) for the homeowner and the agent.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We provide quality seller appointments (phone and in-person). We put in the front-end work for you by cold-calling and professionally engaging with potential home sellers. We go through a fairly lengthy qualification process to ensure that these home sellers are being heard and listened to, so that when they’re presented to you there’s a good “hand shake” and a fruitful conversation.

    Our setters are clear English speakers, and all calls are recorded and presented to you when a de facto seller appointment is made. We go through call training 2-3 times per week with our setters to ensure continual improvement, and we incentivize our setters well, to ensure that they’re happy, motivated and stay with our team for the long term.

    We have 2 programs - here’s what to expect:

    • Pilot program 1: We will make 175-250 calls per day in your cities of choice (actual pick up rates will influence dial volume), which will yield approximately 8-12 appointments per month.

      • Pricing filters (e.g. lowest home value), if desired, capped at within 5% of market average.

      • We are also able to call your Sphere of Influence (SOI) or rolodex.

      • We confirm that we have the decision maker, ask for a timeline to potentially sell, ask for the motivation, price expectation, and ensure they are not currently listed with another agent prior to the appointment being set.

      • Weekly to bi-weekly client check ins to review opportunity pipeline, appointment quality.

      • Upon closing there is a 35% referral to A2L.

    • Pilot program 2: We will make 90-125 calls per day in your cities of choice, which will yield approximately 4-5 seller appointments per month.

      • Pricing filters (e.g. lowest home value), if desired, capped at within 5% of market average.

      • We are also able to call your Sphere of Influence (SOI) or rolodex.

      • We confirm that we have the decision maker, ask for a timeline to potentially sell, ask for the motivation, price expectation, and ensure they are not currently listed with another agent prior to the appointment being set.

      • Weekly to bi-weekly client check ins to review opportunity pipeline, appointment quality.

      • Upon closing there is a 35% referral to A2L.
